MacGregor Consulting started in 1984, the year Apple Computer introduced the Macintosh and I graduated from the University of Michigan. That year the University replaced its bowling alley with a student computer lab. A roommate introduced me to the lab and I soon became a fixture. Within a few months I was “discovered” by the University which then hired me to troubleshoot lab computers.

Ever since those days I have worked in varying capacities in the computer industry, most of the time in technical support. Along the way I picked up PC skills and now support both platforms.
